Things to remember when booking:
DEPOSITS
Deposits must be paid within 24hours of booking and will vary depending on the booking.
If the deposit amount is not written in the description of the service, it will be in the confirmation booking message once booked.
Deposit for all Hair Spa Treatments are £40.00
Deposits are non-refundable
TO DO/NOTE BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Wig Appointments: When providing your own hair or a revamp please have it with us 5 days beforehand, if it’s received any later your appointment may be rescheduled and your deposit is not refunded
Hair Treatments: Please arrive with your hair completely detangled. If you would like for us to do a thorough detangle then please add it on to your booking as this requires extra time which needs to be factored in so appointments do not run over
Hair Length and thickness: Please note if your hair is fairly longer and thicker there will bea small fee from £10 due to the additional time it will take for the service
Rescheduling: Minimum 7 days prior appointment
ATTENDING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Payments on the day of your appointment should be in cash or bank transfer only
Please do not bring a plus one to your appointment apart from children
Late Fee/policy: There is a £10 late fee applied after the first 10 minutes and after 20 minutes your appointment may be automatically cancelled.

I NEED AN APPOINTMENT BUT THE DIARY IS FULLY BOOKED
If at all there is no availability on our appointment system please feel free to email or phone us to check if we do have anything available as we do get clients cancelling/rescheduling. This does not mean you will be charged extra for the slot unless its an out of hours appointment or an additional slot being added to our diary resulting in overtime.
Premium Slots
*Please choose the premium slot add-on when booking if you have booked a service at 9am or after 5pm*
If your appointment runs past 6pm it will be classified as a premium appointment. For example if you book a scalp detox at 4pm it will be a premium appointment because it will run past 6pm.
Any appointments after 6pm is a premium appointment
- Morning premium slots available are 8am £25 & 9am £20
- Evening premium slots available are from 6pm and starts from £25.00 extra depending on the service
